Sometimes life throws curveballs and you bake out of a box for a friend with dietary requests (no gluten or dairy).
We Infused (read warmed) Coconut Oil on the stove and mixed in Key Lime Sorbet concentrate until it was dissolved. Bam! Done and Done! Sometimes cooking with concentrates is all you have time for or want to do. They really help expedite the edible process.

He recommends you warm the concentrate vial/syringe by soaking it in a small cup of warm water. This makes it easier to dispense and also mix into your infusion!
We let the coconut oil cool slightly and added it to the recipe when required.
We Baked….and got baked!
