Easy & Delicious Oat & Honey Bars (Vegan)
Use all organic ingredients whenever possible
Preheat Oven to 350˚F
Combine Wet Ingredients in small glass bowl or container
2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil (cold pressed) Melted + Infused with THC/CBD of your choice
2/3 Cup (local) Honey – you can use 1 Cup for extra sweetness
Combine Dry Ingredients in medium size glass bowl
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
3 1/4 Cups Rolled Oats
3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
3/4 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
2/3 Cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour (all purpose flour is good too)
Add Berries of Your Choice
Drizzle wet ingredients over dry.
Stir together until mix is evenly saturated.
Line pan with parchment paper.
Press mix into 9×13 pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
For my fight diet to cut weight, I omitted the brown sugar and salt.
I didn’t have the required baking soda so that got left out too and it was still fantastic.
