We will never sell your information or spam you with the information you graciously share. Your info is precious, we promise to use and respect yours as if it were our own.
Shipping Policies:
Please know that we try very hard to get orders out as fast as we can. We’re not Amazon, but we do pride ourselves in fast turn arounds and ship times.
We ship USPS Monday, Wednesday, Friday. If there is an issue with your shipment’s arrival please alert us immediately and we will open a case with USPS to address the issue.
Please double check your shipping address. We are not responsible for addresses that were incorrectly submitted to our system. Reshipping and/or repurchasing is the purchasers’ responsibility.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders are paid in full before production begins. No returns or exchanges on custom orders. All sales are final.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds:
Returns & Refunds are allowed if CannaBearsJewelry@gmail.com is emailed and alerted to the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. No returns or refunds after the 7-day window has expired. Exchanges allowed within 14 days. All Glass Sales Are Final. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges on Glass Items.
Customs & Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. CannaBears Jewelry & MissGthumb are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather and unforeseen circumstances with the USPS.
