Cannabis Infused Hemingway White Rum Martini
As you probably guessed, this drink was named after the famous writer of the 1920’s and 30’s, Ernest Hemingway.
Did You Know? Hemingway had 6 Toed Cats!
If you’re like me and a fan of cats, you’ll be delighted to know that Hemingway had his own 6 toed cats on the property. They can still be found roaming the grounds today, judging humans and looking for pets 🙂 I got to meet them on our honeymoon and it was one of the sweetest experiences of the whole trip.

“Ernest Hemingway was given a white six-toed cat by a ship’s captain and some of the cats who live on the museum grounds are descendants of that original cat, named Snow White. Key West is a small island and it is possible that many of the cats on the island are related. The polydactyl cats are not a particular breed.”
Okay, sorry enough about cats, let’s get back to the booze and Hemingway Daiquiri.
// Ingredients //
2 ounces white rum infused with cannabis
1/4 ounce maraschino liqueur
3/4 ounce grapefruit juice
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/4 ounce simple syrup
Garnish with a lime wedge

Gather your ingredients. Go Local and as Fresh as possible!
Pour all the ingredients into your favorite cocktail shaker and SHAKE THAT MONEY MAKER! Shake it like ya stole it! Shake it like a Polaroid Picture!
Strain into your favorite cocktail glass. For an extra fancy experience, chill your glass ahead of time.
Garnish with a lime wedge and ENJOY!
To feel extra ‘fancy’ serve in chilled martini glass.
