Homemade ‘Rolls Choice’ Rolls
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons Salt
7 1/2 Cups Flower
1 Ounce Dry Yeast
2 Cups Scalded Milk
1/2 Cup Warm Water
1/2 Cup Budder infused with Rolls Choice Cannabis
1 Cup Warm Mashed Potatoes
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Pour scalded milk into 7 C flour.
Stir in sugar, salt, budder and potatoes. Cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add to milk mixture. Beat in 1/2 Cup flour.
Turn dough onto lightly floured board until smooth and not sticky.
Let rise until double size. Punch down and let rise again.
Turn out onto floured surface. Use glass to cut out circles.
Place on greased sheets 1/4″ apart. Let rise 3rd time.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Brush with ‘Rolls Choice’ infused butter
Makes 3 1/2 dozen, deliciously, delightful rolls.
