Re-Baked Bread Pudding

Leftovers Re-Baked

— BREAD PUDDING–

Let’s face it, occasionally we don’t use all the bread in the loaf. So what do you do other than throw it away? Re-Bake the concept of leftover bread with Bread Pudding!

Preheat oven to 325ºF

Grease 2 large oven-safe coffee cups or ramekins.

In a medium bowl, whisk together:
1 egg
1 cup half-and-half
1 Tablespoon melted butter infused with your favorite cannabis
3 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Stir in:
2 1/2 Cups slightly dried bread cubes (1/2 inch)
1/3 Cup coarsely chopped cubes

Let Soak 15 minutes.
Bake 20 – 30 minutes
