Cannabis Cajun Stuffing
// Ingredients //
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Cannabis Infused Butter aka Budder
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper Crushed
2 1/2 Cups Chicken Broth
4 Cups Bread Croutons
2 Apples
1/2 Cup Turkey Drippings
1/2 – 1 Cup Celery (chopped)
1 Tablespoon Thyme (chopped)
1 Large Yellow Sweet Onion (chopped)
3-4 Cups Crumbled Corn Bread
1 Tablespoon Fresh Sage (chopped)
1/2 Cup Serrano Chillies (diced)
1 Pound Andouille Sausage (diced)

Preheat Oven to 375˚F.
Buy or Bake Corn Bread and Set Aside to cool.
Grease your pan with butter and sauté the sausage. Drain off the fat and set aside to cool.
In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion, celery, salt + pepper, until soft.
Next, add the apple and cook until the pieces are slightly soft. Be careful not to let them get mushy.
Bring 3 cups of water to a low boil and add your chicken broth.
Add sage + thyme then cook until dissolved. Place the corn bread crumbles and croutons into a large bowl.
Add onion and ingredients from the sauté pan.
Mix in the browned sausage and enough seasoned broth to moisten the stuffing. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and fold in the turkey juice.
